Amanda Kraft
Hi, I’m Amanda — founder of The Sculpt.
I’ve been teaching Pilates, Barre, and Yoga for over a decade, and I believe movement is both art and medicine. My goal is to help you feel strong, aligned, and inspired — shaping your body while framing your mind.
In my classes, you’ll find creative, challenging, and uplifting flows designed to meet you where you are. I love blending precision with play, so every session leaves you energized, lengthened, and connected.
Beyond teaching, I’m a mom of two girls, and I draw inspiration from the beach, design, fashion, and metaphysical practices like Human Design and Tarot. For me, movement is about more than exercise — it’s about creating balance in life, and I’m grateful to share that journey with this community.

I finished the Accelerated Sculpt Challenge and have never been in better shape or felt so strong in my whole life...no joke! My clothes are fitting me better, I sleep better at night, my posture is better, and I feel more calm than I have in a long time.
